I have developed courses and training materials for health care workers, IT pros,
businesses, and law enforcement - online and off - while writing more than 20
training manuals on information technology subjects.

I have more than 16 years of experience delivering powerful, high-quality training
to groups as large as 300.

I trained hundreds of faculty, staff and students at main and satellite campuses of
the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. I also trained more than 100 law
enforcement managers in computer fundamentals, basics of computer forensics
and techiniques for computer searches and seizures for the University of
Arkansas Little Rock's Criminal Justice Institute.

As a contract CompuMaster trainer, I presented two sections of its Internet design
conference and spoke before more than 15,000 people.

As a college instructor, I taught more than 750 students Microsoft IIS, MOUS, and
MCSE classes.

I have also taught psychology, sociology, English composition, business
communication, human relations, risk management, financial principles, computer
applications, and professional development at the college level.
