5. About Human Beings
People are made in the spiritual image of God to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God that is called sin.The root idea of sin is rebellion. It separates people from God and causes many problems in life.

6. About Salvation
Salvation is God's free gift to us. We can never make up for our sin through good works or by self-improvement. The only way anyone can be saved from sin's penalty is by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment a person receives Jesus Christ into his or her life by faith.

7. About Eternal Security
Salvation is given by Jesus Christ, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and guaranteed by God. When a person is truly saved, he or she cannot lose it. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives us this security.

8. About Eternity
God created people to exist forever. We shall either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally with God is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.
